Meeting summary with action items
Receives a meeting transcript by webhook and emails a summary with decisions, action items (with owner and due date) and open questions.
Works with any recorder that exports text (Fathom, Otter, Fireflies, tl;dv, Zoom, Meet) or a transcript pasted by hand. The AI only uses what is in the transcript: when an owner or due date wasn't said, the field stays empty instead of being made up. The email is plain HTML, in the meeting's language.

What you need
- n8n (Cloud or self-hosted, version 1.80 or newer)
- Anthropic or OpenAI API key
- Gmail account with an OAuth credential in n8n (or swap the node for SMTP)
- A meeting recorder that sends the transcript by webhook, or a manual curl call
