Clinic appointments on WhatsApp
Sends a WhatsApp reminder the day before and handles the replies: confirms, cancels or reschedules right in Google Calendar, offering only free slots.
Two workflows for clinics and practices. Reminders use a Meta-approved template with buttons. On replies, the AI only classifies intent; patients get fixed texts and the calendar only moves to a slot that is still free, within your opening hours. Cancellations never delete the event and alert reception. The bot never answers health questions and, for serious symptoms, points to emergency services (SAMU 192).

What you need
- n8n reachable over HTTPS (Cloud or self-hosted, version 1.80 or newer)
- A WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) number and an approved message template
- Google Calendar with the appointments and a Gmail account for reception alerts
- Anthropic or OpenAI API key
