Welcome to OQuark Studio.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications (including the Google Play Store and Apple App Store), software, products, and services provided by OQuark Studio (collectively, the "Services"). Our Services include, but are not limited to, the Ring Nest application and any other tools or platforms we may develop and make available under the OQuark Studio brand.

The Services and all their original content, features, functionality, code, designs, interfaces, and logos are and will remain the exclusive property of OQuark Studio and its licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights laws. OQuark Studio is constantly innovating. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance. This rule applies to all past, current, or future software developed by us.
